this journey called life is such an adventure and it is up to each of us to learn and grow from it. This journey I have been on over the past several months with mom has taught me that I don't need to have an "S" on my chest. I don't need to "do" everything. The only thing that I need to do is be present. Present for the laughter, tears, joy, fear, exhaustion, and most of all present to receive the gifts of prayers, love and support from all over the world. We are truly blessed. Mom is recovering each day and it is such a joy to be present and witness her growing strength. Oh and yes I do realize that on so many levels what we teach such as "Compassion Fatigue" entered into our lives for a reason! Thanks to all for your continued prayers, love and support.
