We are always growing and changing as individuals so there are no limits to what we are capable of doing and becoming. Me! 05/24/10 What an exciting thought! We can always make a conscious decision on our individual growth whether it is personal, professional or spiritual. We have the final say on whether we want to be stagnant or if we want to challenge ourselves to move forward. There are definitely times when it is ok to say "hey I'm not ready to move forward" and yet there are times when our fears can hold us back. Having a coach in your life helps you decide whether to take action or stay in the holding pattern.
Taking time to truly hear what people are saying, not just verbally but nonverbally as well. There are a lot of times you can "hear" more by observing and really listening to someone including the tone in which they say it, than by what they are actually saying!
Be present with yourself and listen to your inner voice many people say that this is their "gut reaction."
Pay attention to the messages around you, they could come through music, pictures or by a conversation you have with someone.
What does being present mean to you?
Hello everyone I am very excited about starting this new adventure and look forward to coaching individuals and groups in the future. One of the projects I am working on is starting a group revolving around the concepts of gratitude and the "Complaint Free World"
There are a lot of other ideas and thoughts that have been circulating in my mind but I am taking it a step at a time....
