Have you ever thought about how we can sabotage ourselves by the phrases If/Then? This thought came to me this morning there are so many times I have used or have heard others use If ______ happens then ___________. How many of us use this phrase in such a way that it could be considered to be pessimistic? I challenge you today to change the statement from a pessimistic statement into a POSITIVE one. Stop, breath and smile then reframe! Have a great day:-)
I am so grateful for life. What a great gift. It is up to each of us to live our life to the best of our ability. Even when we believe that we are being pushed to the limit this is to help us grow to our fullest potential. Challenge yourself today to find at least one item to be grateful for today. I am grateful that I am alive and am continuing to grow :-)
Look for the positive and Live your life don't just exist.
Find what it is that you desire by tapping into what you are passionate about and then live it. Me (Judy) today........... January 10, 2011
As I reflected on the year past and what it is that I would like to see in the New Year I realized that each of us desire to tap into what we truly love. I look back over the years and think about different individual's who have entered into and out of my life. I could always tell when they were truly passionate about something.
My wish for everyone this next year is that each of us not only find what it is that we are truly passionate about, but that we act on that in some way in the next year. It does not have to be in huge steps, it could simply be acknowledging that this is something we would like to do.
Care to share that thought? Leave a comment! Here's to the New Year!
