I have what I call an "inner critic" you know that person inside of you that says "you want to do what?", "you can't do that" interestingly enough I use to listen to that person! Now I wonder why? Why can't I do that? and Yes that it is what I want to do! That doesn't mean that the inner critic is gone I just have chosen in the last year to make it my "inner critique!" I take from the experience and instead of beating myself up I ask myself "what would I change to make the experience more interesting, less stressful and the most important piece for me is how can I have fun doing it?"
If I make it into something I enjoy vs. something I HAVE to do then I am putting my heart and soul into it which makes it more interesting and challenging. How have you changed your "inner critic into your inner critique?" Comments are closed.
