Taking time to truly hear what people are saying, not just verbally but nonverbally as well. There are a lot of times you can "hear" more by observing and really listening to someone including the tone in which they say it, than by what they are actually saying! Be present with yourself and listen to your inner voice many people say that this is their "gut reaction." Pay attention to the messages around you, they could come through music, pictures or by a conversation you have with someone. What does being present mean to you? Comments are closed.
