Have you ever felt like you were just going through the motions of your day and wanted to feel more connected to the things that matter? Do you want more out of your relationships with friends, neighbors or colleagues? Have you ever wanted to be more motivated or more positive about the people around you in your daily life? Even though you know –and have often heard– about how important gratitude is for happiness, have you ever brushed it off as yet another thing on the list? Well this teleworkshop is just right for you! Objectives of the workshop: 1. Learn about the basic psychology of gratitude 2. Apply gratitude to your daily life strategically 3. Learn how to use gratitude to help others We will explore these topics and learn about some tried and true resources that make it easy to integrate gratitude into your life at home, at work, and at play. To stimulate your thinking and provide a guide for the workshop, we will send out a document the day before the call. About your workshop leaders: Giacomo Bono is social psychologist who has been researching and publishing articles on the topic of gratitude for the last 8 years. Judy Micale has used these techniques within her practice and has seen first-hand the power of gratitude in helping her clients heal. Register here and the call in number will be sent to you. The workshop is entitled "Reconnecting with Yourself".

Have you ever had "ah hah" moment after a technical glitch? Well that is what happened to me this past week. I had a technical "hiccup" and realized afterwards that everything happens for a reason. For me it was learning that it's ok and the next time will be even better. In today's world of technology sometimes we just need to step back and remember to breath! I tell my client, friends and family this all the time :-) this week taught me that it is important for me to remember to step back and breath!
To all have a great day and remember to breath.......... This call came about for my foundations class if we wanted to have a group teleclass we were to design one and offer it to whomever we chose. I chose to take on this challenge and share it not just with my coaching class but with anyone who wanted to participate on the call. This will not be a lecture it will be a facilitated conversation so each person on the call will have an opportunity to share ways they use to get back in touch with their own authenticity! register today!!!!
