Choices are not just about you. Remember that those around you are involved in the process as well. The best example that comes to mind is that you can choose to stay in a bad mood or change it. It is entirely up to you, but if you are in bad mood it really does send out vibes to others around you. One thing in this lifetime that I am really working on is tuning into my own moods and how they affect others around me. Take the time today to tune into your own moods and notice how others react to you.
As I look at the past month I realized that I have been in a reflection mode and now as the month of July is nearly over I feel compelled to act on those reflections......
I wonder how many others have this feeling and what will these actions lead to??? One action that I would love to see more of throughout the world is random acts of kindness. I once posted smile at someone today you will make their day or at the very least make them wonder what you were up to.... :-) When we open ourselves to the hidden messages that surround us on a daily basis and listen with our inner being what revelations come to us!!!! Open yourself to the hidden messages. jam 07/21/10
The neat thing about this is that messages can come in so many different ways and forms. They come through music, dreams, messages from friends, recurring themes that keep coming back.... If we open ourselves up and take off the blinders it is truly amazing how many messages are there. It is up to us to choose to see, hear and/or feel that they are messages we are ready to hear and act upon. letting go of EGO and focusing on what it is that you truly would like to be. We all have times where our ego gets in our way of our growth. There have been times in my life when I have thought that something should be happening in one specific way and guess what SURPRISE it didn't happen that way. In the long run I realized that the situation that did occur was the correct one for me at that moment. Wayne Dyer states that EGO stands for "Edging God Out" others state that there are five extensions of Ego (anger, hatred, judgment, control and pride- Yehuda Berg). As I continue to grow (and I will do this until the day I pass on) I do my best to identify when any of these feelings come into play and take a step back to allow the true process to happen. That is when my true growth occurs within me. Being authentic means it is ok to not be perfect!!! Being authentic is letting go of your ego and enjoying your life don’t over think all things that come your way.
