Recharging is such an important part of self care. What does it mean though? Each and everyone of us has the ability to recharge but it is up to us to find the tool(s) that work. I personally love to just read and relax. I also love taking time for walks and to plant flowers in my garden. I find inner peace when I do these little things.
I am so grateful to have time in my life to recharge. What are some ways that you recharge? Remember if we don't take care of our own self care we can't help others around us when they need it. Take of you so you can take care of those around you!
As I reflect back over the past few months I think about how precious life is and how important it is to enjoy each and every day we have. Spend time with the ones you love open yourself up to the possibilities that are out there for each and every one of us. Remember that time with family and friends is a special gift and when you get annoyed at that person take a step back and breath for a minute before you respond.
