I embrace the past me because it led to where I am presently. I celebrate the future me and look forward to the journey. Judy Micale :-)
This quote came to me last night as I was leaving a very special group I have participated in for the past six months. Upon reflection of the past six months and the wonderful revelations and growth that have come from this Beautiful group of women and the support that has come from this "Wisdom Circle" I am truly grateful. I realize that we all need to have a support group in our lives in some way shape or form. I am grateful that I have this opportunity to reflect, learn, listen and grow as an individual. When I have worked with coaches in the past I was asked a great question "How will I know that you did this? " This question is one that I ask my coaching clients when they state that will be working on an action or a goal. I found that this question motivated me to consciously work on the project whatever it was. So now I will ask you
What is one thing that you would say motivates you? and how will you let me know? Have a great week. Each day is a new start for all of us. Do you have a "bucket list"? Have you made any strides in checking off an item from it? We all start the New Year with ideas and thoughts and then January is gone and February has arrived.... This year make a commitment to yourself to achieve at least one of your goals. "Reboot today" and take an action step toward that goal...
